AVP of Marketing and Sales has very bad behavior and is unprofessional. The company's MD seems like a puppet of the AVP, without their own mind to run the company. From the outside, the company shows a good image, but inside, it's a bad place to work, and the employees have a tough time. Salaries are not paid on time, and it feels like a lottery system. The HR department is very weak and unable to make its own decisions. The company's financial condition is also very bad. Before joining, they make big promises, but after joining, you realize everything is fake. The AVP of Sales & Marketing doesn't know anything about sales and is not a good leader. There's nothing good to say about this company. The system is corrupt, and they supply poor-quality materials to farmers without replacing them on time. They collect money from farmers but fail to deliver materials as promised. If the AVP of Sales remains in this company, the company will soon face financial trouble.

Every aspect. Very unprofessional work culture. Always having fund issue, they disburse salary kind of lottery list, if your name is on the list then you will get salary or wait for your turn. Majorly elderly aged staffs, management do not have progressive thought process. If you are who loves to work and develop and learn new skills then this organisation is not for you or if you know to show off then its best for you but forget about on time salary and appraisal.
