There is nothing to like about this company nor it gives any importance to their employees.

Dislikes

The company doesn't provide any sort of knowledge to learn or growth for any individual. It uses even graduates as a working labour on the production floor. I have worked in Production Planning Control which plays huge role in the daily operations of the company, there is no system to follow or to maintain day to day work style. Work Details

I have struggled from day of joining and I have crawled through one of the biggest role in the company with in 2 months and I have been self learn and I created daily system for my self even though company don't have a system to follow.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
