Everything is open secret, you know it but can not talk. the workers working hard to make it survive over the years. Good team but bad managers.

The work environment is no where, no culture, no ethics, polices on paper. Hire and fire culture, Boss way or door way. The company run by crooks not by example. do not expect anything for the hard work somebody else will take claim for it. Its only for parasites to grow along with some poor souls.
