There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. Salares is decent but careear growth is slow there is bond of 2 year before wich you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

There is nothing like job security, career growth is slow, getting salary on time but they are not cooperative in the tough time of Covid-19,during the lock-down, all the employees worked from home for prolonged hours, but didn't get salary for those months. Appreciation and appraisal is only for the senior/old employees, and not for the freshers. The work pressure is terribly high. There is too much politics in this company, and no value for the one who work. work culture is extremely poor....Read More
