No work culture, faulty management, no company policy at all

Dislikes

No work culture, bogus management, lead by unprofessional, unsuitable for the position they are selected, mismatched and unqualified people appointed by management, only reference no merit counted, no discipline it's free ride for all, no other employee benefits

Work Details

It was all haphazard, no clear line of work,no human resource activity, god knows who managed what,horrible work culture, lead by inexperienced unsuitable professionals, no other employee benefits, no coordination among different sections

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
