The Precast India is the future of India. The company adopts latest technology has a proper system of working. The company has the ability to face challenges, of course the staff is always has the solution for it. I loved Precast because of the high quality products. After the completing the project when I look back it feels proud and gives more satisfaction.

Non professional staff and Behaviour of MD all company is centred towards MD decision even for one penny being a manager you won't be having any rights. a lower subordinate can directly contact to MD that's what There is no respect to managerial position. Even for small things we have to take permission of MD..all staff are busyin pleasing MD only... to say psychologically you will not get any mental satisfaction over there....Read More
