First these people recruit the maintenance person than get the cleaning work done. The direct connection of Chairman with the electricity worker and cleaning supervisor through calls and whatsup groups than thre is no need of the Maintenance Manager

Dislikes

Every time a new planning is made but nothing works Just get the quatation and put it in the file. Every employee replacement search is always on via naukri portal. Sallery comes till 30th. No sallery Increment. No job security. Interviews are always going on for every posts but no one is selected

The Management is absolutely horrible in my opinion They aren't worthy enough to get Nabh accreditation for once if Nabh doesn't send corrupt people for auditing they will never get the accreditation. I would suggest nobody to join this hospital. No Job Security,No salary on time the OT and The ICU or Wards have no sanitization.TB patients are kept in General Wards no isolation nothing. Management has no value for patients or the Staff. Its high time such hospitals need to be shutdown....Read More

Worst place to work. No job security at all. Lack of professionalism. They fire anyone just for small reason for leaving half hr early from duty. They keep watch on your car numbers. Management is run by non medics. Unethical practices.

Staffs were coperative, learnt a lot, not that much of work load.

Dislikes

Owner directly terminates on small mistake, there is a famous dialogue they say " kal se mat aana" One staff had an urgency she asked for half day leave but didn't get approval As she has urgent , she left without getting half day leave approval She was terminated by saying , kal se mat aana.
