Work environment is good, nice patient load with variety of case load. Working hours are very flexible to manage ur family life. Nice weather to enjoy the sunrise and sunset.

Dislikes

Less salary packages. Less doctor- management relationship. Very limited freedom to doctors. lifestyle restrictions are more . No extra benefits for the employee there like helath insurance or any sort of benefits. Lot of politics and career growth is so mere

Likes

The faculty and staff and Dean and Vice Chancellor and the owner - the management was very good and helpful. Gym playground canteen restaurant everything were good.

Dislikes

Only drawback was it was a village, but even then it was good.great professional and personal journey.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
