Although , i haven't officially started working at pratiti technologies yet . My interview experience was very possitive , the hiring process was smooth and well coordinated , with each step clearly explained and timely updates are provided , the recruitment team made an effort to ensure i was comfortable , addressing all my questions and providing insight into role and compony culture . when i visited the office ,i observed the friendly and collborative atmosphere and everyone i met was approchable and open about compony's culture and values .
