It is close to my hometown and the office is in center of the city, hence very accessible. Management celebrates company founding day , which is pretty enjoyable. Also all major festivals.

Dislikes

Everything else. Poor salary and growth prospectus, almost nothing new to learn. The worst part is unsure date of salary every month - it shifts every month. There are no facilities to speak of - as long as you don't consider toilet and drinking water as facility. There are no established standards in terms of source code management, testing standards, or even documentation. There is immense pressure to put extra hours for paltry wages. In short, it feels like a proper C grade company as far as work is considered. Employees are very friendly and easy to get along with. If you are into some other business and want to work as part time and not really trying to make a life out of it , this is ok. For everything else , is a terrible choice....Read More
