Very less salary, No respect towards doctors Putting unnecessary burden over doctors. No chance of salary hike. Poor patient management by administration. No infrastructure.

Good work environment and culture.all faculty members are cooperative.company polices good.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and management does not address our issues.salary is not descent.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
