I left the company few months back and I am really thankful to God for this. Right now Pranav Vikas is doing the best any company can 1. Cutting EL if you want to WFH 2. Cutting 52% salaries 3. Throwing employees out of the company on the notice of 1 week max. 4. If anyone is Corona Positive they don't care and want them to get treated by themselves. 5. Every week new Work Methodology implementation. Though the company was ok to me but after corona i came to know that they are reaching new heights....Read More

I think nothing much is left after I described situation earlier. They implemented 5 day working and started cutting EL's.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
