Working in PCSPL is a great Learning experience and developes ownership along with overall decision taking abilities.

Dislikes

There are no dislikes, but due to uncertainty and single point control, some decisions are taken on emotional basis rather than being rational, which creates unwanted pressure at all levels.

Below Average. Since every person is playing a key role in the system, even a day of absentism impact the company performance.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
