I am not satisfy in this Company due to donot have any system, culture, any yearly Budget Etc. Is not up to the mark and would not any future growth in life.

This company is basically Bangladesh so its culture is totaly different from any Indian and other multynational Company and worthless Company.

I am working in this Company as a Manager Sales (M.T. & IBS.) from 2014 to till date and this division I was make and now business come from this division INR 50 Lakh per month but before 2014 business was nill in this division.

I am working with PRAN till five years but till now I have not got any Medical benifit, any Cheild health, education and family health benifit and donot other any benifit except Salary from this Company.

This is tough inform you that if you ask me then I am telling which this Company not correct place for good working . Have not any system in this Company only can you sale in anywhere , any place and any how not bother any system.

This company tell us PRAN is Global but I know which not present in PAN INDIA then how will do Global I don't know so I dislike .

There is nothing to like. They don't need loyal employees. This is lala type company. Bangladeshi people manages the Indian business. They don't want to fulfill statutory things. No mediclaim, no gratuity. Negetive minded. They only believe in taking not giving. If you get opportunity in PRAN don't join here. Specially in accounts.
