As it's a small-scale company, job description(JD) is quite unclear; no learning and development(training) department; internal politics is prevalent. You'll not get your salaries on time. There is no job security, Procurement Head Dwarikanath Rout is having rural mindset (belongs from rustic background); so he's egoistic and thinkshe's heading a department of 1 of those Fortune 500 companies and company does promotion in print, electronic and social medias & some Bollywood celebrity is their Brand Ambassador....Read More
