I love the fact that I am a part of a team who is working with good clients and there is a vast scope of learning. I get to learn each day and everyday. My colleagues are very cheerful and helpful and the bosses are very encouraging . I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high and most of the account managers work as 'one man army'. I feel there should be at least 2 people working on an account to have each other's back when one of them is not present. Also, there is just 1 weekly off which is not enough to replenish the energy and keep the spirit high. Most agencies work on a 5 days a week schedule.

Work Details

I work as a Client Servicing Manager and handle multiple accounts together. It's a great learning place.we keep pitching for different types of work ranging from invites to packaging and everything in between.We work on tight timelines and always deliver.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
