I worked as a trainee for 6 months one of my friend with me. The company has given us project of biodiesel production where biggest challenge is to produce biodiesel at lower cost than petrol diesel, which is quite difficult. As I am a trainee I didn't get any stipend but company have other policies also. Travel policies are very good. Working environment is also very good where I can learn many things there is not any restriction for learning. Many projects comes across the company through that projects anyone can learn may new innovative things....Read More

After training company doesn't take a person on rule. They don't have any policies for trainees after completion of training.
