There is nothing to like in Pradhan Finserv.

I would suppose to give -10 or more than that in a rating but there is no such a option for selection, hence giving the 1 rating (Forcefully). There are so many dislikes with this organization specially for the female resource. 1. No work life balance 2. Don't have the proper HR policy. 3. They are paying very less salary (10K to 13K pm) and expecting to work (like donkey work) more than that defined office hours. 4. There management forcefully impose to stay in a office more than that office hours (late night) 5. Every month end they expect to work late night even there is no work in your plate. 6. There manager is very rigid with female resource, he doesn't know hot to talk with the female resources, even whole management team. 7. There sales / presales team (male resources), they always doing the time pass in the office working in outside when they are visiting to the client. So it is also harmful for their client to get their work completion within the stipulated time. 8. There is no leave policy. If we ask for the leave then the are not allowing and if we take the leave for Monday then they will deduct the salary for Sunday also. 9. I must say this organization should be shut down or at least government should cancel there license. At least there resources will get the better opportunity in the market better than current with good management. 10.
