The team and employees are great. They have some great talent that they keep taking for granted. Workplace trauma bonding is a real thing here, as everyone across teams faces similar problems and tries to help each other out in whichever way possible.

Dislikes

Directionless management. No vision. False promises one after another. Did not pay employees their deserved Variable Pay & promised ESOP which eventually never came. As a healthcare company, extremely toxic towards employee health. God forbid, if you fall sick & have to take leaves for more than the usual stipulated time, you will have to undergo Loss Of Pay. I believe the company is most suitable for the freshers not for the experience holders.

As I mentioned above the organisation is more suitable for freshers and not experienced ones. The experienced who have an experience 4-5 years are also doing the same job as the freshers. It is been a tough time for me in the organisation. There’s a lot of pressure every time. No work life balance, no fixed office timings, you can get a call anytime from your boss be at 8 in the morning or 10 at night. Not supporting at all.. Paycut, last year variable kept on hold.. All this. Was not required but still implemented.. No support from HR on work from home infra support.
