Ui Developer

Work location : Koramangala, Bangalore

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and high-performance UI solutions using React and Node.js.
• Lead the design and implementation of UI components and features, ensuring adherence to best practices and design patterns.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the UI development team.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Optimize UI performance and responsiveness, identifying and addressing bottlenecks and performance issues.
• Stay current with emerging UI trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into our development processes

Role Specifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience - 4 to 8 years
• 4 + years of professional experience in UI development, with a focus on building complex web applications using React and Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks and libraries such as Redux, React Router, Material-UI, etc.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating frontend applications with backend services.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug complex UI issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience mentoring and coaching junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development
