Nice working environment, no micromanagement.

They terminated their employees because they made a macro environment that they are unable to handle they said. They also did the same thing before in their parent company named 3rdflix. They always looses the trust of their prime investors. They also don't have sense of marketing for their product like, they are making a very big product and using a poor approach to reach to the costomer. This is the worst organization I have ever seen. There is not a single thing which worth to like about practically

They kept me in dark for 10 days and are not honest while interviewing. HR's and managers don't have discipline of conducting interview and they are biased . I request everyone who wants to join practically that be cautious while applying.
