No work-life balance. No increment. Policies are not employee friendly. The management works on the mood of the owners.

Work Details

I was the editorial head. I got my first increment after 3 months o joining there but I never really received my increased salary. This is the same with many employees there.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
