I don't think company policies is good because there no joining letter no offer letter no giving any company id and salary only 12000 rs any new joiners and after 1.5 year your increment are done and HR policies terrible you deamdn for offer letter and any thing he say that you want work do that and othermeans you can left job this type of attitude
