Its good platform for beginners who learnt so much from this organization in the term of documentation, which helps for your upcoming future as well as for skill upgradation.

Everyday you are in rush for your work, if you want to do something like new ideas , implementation or changes then you have to wait for a long time to approve from your head and then whos helps you to do these work those compelication will face. Moral is that you cant do anything without cooperation of other depart head which is tough most to convience them to help you out.
