The company gave us to work freedom and no pressure to reach the goal. The colleageus work with us friendly. Company policy and customer serving is good. Carrier growth is rapid well. learning can lead the carrier opportunity.

Dislikes

Getting allowance is bad. Employee motivation want to improve

My work is to maintain the quality inspection and documentation to fulfill the management, ISO and customer requirements

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
