Compensation is decent,but growth is also slow.The work pressure is very high, sometimes I worked over night for all operational reportings.Everyday used to attend so many calls from client,my team.Managers do not value individuals.i do receive appreciation from my client for completing 100% execution with in TAT.
Work Details
My job is challenging because I have to look after entire product marketing & distribution of elements to all my team, execution with in TAT. All the travel involved sometimes feels hectic.As long as I get to work close with clients its good learning.
