Job security is terrible..they are based on Hire and Fire culture. Management is based in colplete inhouse politics. Company policies is nothing but a disaster.

The CEO doesn't care if you are going with Bad times. All they want is to just get sales and sales.. working here from 3 years and the increement what i got is 500/-. Such a pathetic company. Would never look forward and would never refer this company to anyone.
