If you become manager no need to come office. You can roam and enjoy no need to do hard work or smart work. Low level and middle level employees will be in office and they will waste the time by chatting. Work will be less for production dispatch

Dislikes

If you do hardwork you will be pointed out and fired by MD. Without reason he will shout he will think everyone as dog. But people’s in that culture like his behaviour and treat him as God. They are importing from China they will erase Chinese company name and they will stick this company name. No production work no technical knowledge you will get. Service engineers will loot like anything. Accounts Dept is the only Dept which MD loves. No value for degree, a 2nd standard fail guy is the production manager who don’t even know to turn on computer worse think is he don’t know about the ups too. No value for degree. An uncultured company with politics ego arrogant employees and insane management. And hike will be like 400 , 500 rupees inthat they will deduct PF increased amount then your hike will be 300. No intime salary sometime will be at 14 if that month. MD will do double game. A senior most employee working in that company from last 25 years still he didn’t cross 8500 rupees. Only benefit is for managers. They will get AMC orders for lakhs they won’t do any maintenance. Owner family politics is an another one.
