Team leadership is in pathetic hands, Offical never listen you. They never recognise or appraise someone work and idea. They have there own 3-4 people from 1 batch and they alway relie over them. Whenever you suggest something they take it personally and take it on there ego. Senior do not know how to behave with juniors and coworkers. Here team building and other good managerial etiquette are only bookish. Here team leader/manager do self appraisal and profile changed overnight. Self hike is normal for senior leadership. The last one and a half year was challenging for the business industry, due to Covid-19, but still Potomac managed to bind the employees remotely and work efficiently.
