Absolutely nothing. Very basic knowledge of work provided. Can't suggest this to even freshers.

Everything. Too many unwanted rules and regulations that waste the employees time. Strict break timings and measured with a tool of time bomb, to check if the employees are back on time. There was creative freedom to think and work. There were no such limitations it terms of campaigns and strategies, we were allowed to think whacky and pitch to clients.

Dislikes

The office space is very stuffy. The location isn't very great. The interiors and amenities are poor, and the bosses are very stingy.

Dont join this workplace , even if you are unemployed. The iteration rate is very high. There's lot of politics to the extent of being unbearable. No support, no hierarchy, no benefits and lot of expectations.
