It is a central government tertiary care hospital, standard of care is very high because of you are able to see patients with even with rare conditions. One can learn and develop advanced skills as one of number is very high and u get the chance to practice what u had learnt in training. Talking about the salary, it is also high like like its standards and it also takes care of medical insurance of its employees....Read More

Dislikes

Being a nurse like in any institute in india, the promotion is very very slow, its time bound and seniority based. Also, nurse patient is very poor which hinders the quality of nursing care.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
