Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? 1.U will not receive any incentives , they promise you at the interview for achieving the targets. 2.The management will only let you work untill they think you are useful to them. 3.Your salary will be deducted even in case of emergency when it is out of HR policy that they present at the time of joining. 4.The management wouldn't attend to any of the problem u face, all they want from us is to achieve their targets irrespective of difficulties which is actually very stressful ....Read More
