Nothing to like here, even they cut the payment from your in hand salary on every month.

Dislikes

Management ( plant head) behavior is like ruler. Also compulsion of working on Sunday. Working time is also very odd.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Im working with poshs cinoti pvt ltd last 2 Years . It was a good company . Salary is credited on time . And very supportive HOD's and teams members

Dislikes

Policy it's very strict and they give 8 % hike on previous salary.. Notice Period is 3 Months. Working hours not flexible.
