Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. In the company, POSCO workers, contract workers do not speak in a formal manner and behave in a normal manner. In terms of work, the salary does not increase systematically.
