Dislike: Lack of training about behavior. Politics, Favoritism, appointments of leaders based on favoritism, Merits are overlooked in Pms, Careless about diploma employees, wrong policy that external graduates not considered for grade change n promotion, HR mindset change requires, HR Should see long term perspectives in making policies. This company needs serious attention towards employees issues, local issues, internal politics, training, control labor issues, attrition rates. Company need to work on employees motivation, moral and values. Need to work on groups behavior issues, avoid lobby, one rooted mango 🥭makes other rotten too. It's virus. Find out multiple viruses from company and remove them quickly to avoid pollution. Need to work on employee centric approach for long term. Conduct examination before appointment of leaders. There is huge scope in development of team leaders instead of developing team members. With positive feedback system work on removing employees grievances about facilities like food, transportation, accommodation, health issues, insurance, benefits, safety, Salary, increments, promotion s. After solving problems give feedbacks. Counseling requires by top mgmt of team leaders and HODS. If you want real change in company culture take periodically survey. Here annual employee satisfaction Surveys are biased as company mgmt. asks to say favorable comments about them as if results reach to HQ KOREA there will be impact on GMs. It's Very unfair. Should be Strong in Laws, Favoritism, Low value to Indians, Koreans speaks or take views of only Team leaders, need to change Strategies of Leaderships, remove positions and keep designations. Positions makes imbalance in decisions, Salary, incentives, allowances etc., Need strong union for workers as management is exploiting contract workers, wrong manpower Strategies, Not following laws of hiring Apprentices as per quota, not hiring skilled and experienced candidates, hiring freshers feels like training center for colleges, Attrition is high, politics is high compared to other MNCs, No HR role in employee education, development, welfare, communication gaps. Instead of having multiple teams in HR Dept.they need one umbrella HR, ADMIN, TRAINING, PLANNING, PAYROLL TEAMS.
