The tools and systems that are in place are excellent to work with and the teams are heavily reliant on lean manufacturing tools for say to day business. The learning opportunity especially for lean tools is the only thing that makes working in a place like this worthwhile.

The politics in this place is some next level stuff.If you find a person who's worked for more than 6-8 yrs in a managerial role I'd stay away from that person.All managers have no growth ambition and will probably seek out retirement in that place. People will talk a lot about compliance but will cut corners at every stage to ensure they will meet their targets. Only a handful of seniors are good to work with but favouritism is rampant among all units. It's a good organisation , to start a career in , but managed by some ingnorant people at the top , there are less companies with manufacturing in the heart of Bombay but that's probably the only reason worth going this place....Read More
