Iam currently working in Popular vehicles and services this covid time popular is shift to home..they are providing work at home but after given work at home we are facing lot of difficulties call has some issues and given software application is very poor and we can't get a proper feedback from our officials we have to asking for the enquiry they are not do well and also they are not given any help from office we are proving our own gadgets for the office work so we need more difficulties is facing ...because we have to work with net connection and need phone but our area has range issues and also some issues of mobile ..we are facing connectivity issues and other difficulties. but popular is offer full salary that is good. but the above issues is not clear...so please check and given proper feedback....Read More

Team work is very poor in popular.we have not get any proper feedback from our head section.popular coordination is very much poor they are also looking negatives of our work they are not support of our good work.so this will be very much dissatisfied our confidence level and they are irritating too much..

My work in popular is customer care executive..and we are looking inbound calls and taking customer queries and answer there feedbacks and we are also helping customer they are facing difficulties...
