No doubt Magma reached a height on the basis of continuos hard work and iinovative ideas of upper management. Magma starts its business with a very small team but as of today its a very big organisation where people dream to work. I also join Magma as an executive and still working here because the most admirable thing is security of female employees. I also learnt a lot after spending 11 years.

Dislikes

One thing which I dislike is the unnecessary influence which simply harms the organisation by give positions and employment to people who really do not deserve the same. Those people again shows their power and do whatever they like to.

Work Details

Previously we use to work in a free without any pressure but nowadys we could not work like that and everytime people tries to create unnecessary pressure. Though I work in a legal department we ve to be alert and apply our mind n need some space.
