As takeover company from magma to poonawala.they fired most of all employees.no security of working area . Even they are not sure about what they want to do.

But the BPO sector is bad for employees and mangers are supporting only his references they disclosed personal life in brifing front of all employees no one can understand female manager and also male manager to much leval of irritating employees and job time is 10 am to 7 pm but the manager told all employees come to 9 am to 8 pm and this is to mentally harassed

Everything. Most importantly, they fire anytime to anyone irrespective of their level in the company. A lot of politics on higher level. Moreover, typical Indian culture. People on senior positions have hired their own people and they are sucking the talent within organization.

no work life balance, after 15th no SUNDAY offs -- you need to work even on SUNDAYs dont even talk about Saturdays on which you cant ask for offs. After 15th they will leave you for home at 8 or 9 pm and expect to work from home after dinner... so you endup closing at least 11.30-12 if not 1.30-2 AM. no salary hikes as compared towork done, failed promises, they will promise you for many things but wont fulfill anything. Very bad experience, there is no equality at all, some persons (management's favourite) and some women's are paid to much , even they don't do their regular works and also promoted earlier as compared to hardworking employees. Employees who exaggerate their work and takes time more than enough to complete a tsk are really appreciated but the one who completes task before time giving his best, is considered as an average employee....Read More

Company only raises salary for those who who are at higher positions who don't know how systems and processes works on ground and they only works on excel and only replies mails and are paid more than 10-15 times than a hardworking employe who really helps the company in growing business, and all appreciation goes to your boss and thier favourite ones and all other are neglected.

Mr. Manish Chaudhary was responsible for the high NPA due to under the table transactions he carried for the exposures of 150 Crs And 100 Crs plus in supply chain finance without physical visits by sales and credit teams... He took bribe from every nbfc funded during Aug 2023 to July 2024 and conducted PD's at 7: 00 am from his home... He hired a junior operations manager who was doing reconciliation in his DSA venture in NCR at 13 lakhs CTC and offered him the NSM role at 58 lakhs CTC at Pune HO (can be cross checked in current records of this nbfc along with HR reference and records) to manage the under the table transactions....poor show by HR leader who were later fired along with other leaders for these irregular practices.......Read More

I'm very happy to work with poonawala team I would like to say.. truly it's my family really the whole environment and office staff each and every one has a good nature and speaks with heart I'm really really happy to work them ..but it's my bad luck or what I was left the company literally I felt very very regret about to come out the company..I'm sorry friends miss you all

No work life balance. No ficed time to leave from office. No overtime is paid No comp offs available for people working in head office pune No fixed leaves also. Working compulsory on last sundays and non working saturdays. No comp offs for working on holidays.
