Likes

Learning more about the sales and get trained about the customer handling. They provide different training for executives. They provide promotion for well done executives in better way.

Skill development - Good
Promotions - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Work life balance is little difficult to handle. More work pressure to achieve target. Salary is less for highest degree employee.
