Firstly I feel very bad for those who applied for this drama company because organisation culture is terrible and the environment is toxic upper level managers are actually misused their authority and being bossy all the time they even don't know how to behave to their employees and the hr of this organisation is not corporative and supportive they fire you any time without any notice period and even they have not valid reason for this .
