Good Job security, even if you are an average performer there will be no issues, there is a huge cafeteria, appraisals are good and they give good salary hikes.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues., salary hikes are good but once you become TL, Then growth is too slow.

My experience was really good, till the time you are working with good people it is always good, I believe you never leave the organisation you always leave your boss....

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
