Higher management is good, timely pay and benefits. All efforts are made to improve company stake and provide benefits for all the employees. Good place to learn and upskill if you can put extra effort after finishing your work.

The middle level management is spoiling the party. Too much politics, favourism and greed there. HR's works for those low level managers and not for the company or mass of the employee. Usually, they will support each other in misconduct or safeguarding each other mistakes. They always tend to mislead higher level management with misleading data (often showing one side of story). It's a good company for Freshers. Offers decent salary comparitively. Timings are strict, nobody asks you to do Overtime.

Dislikes

Zero Skill Development. You have to work brainlessly with people who are not even qualified for the job. Don't stay here for a long period of time.
