Likes

Work environment was so good with all advanced technology. One of the best industry in India. The management was so supportive. Company policies are good and good salary hike.

Dislikes

Nothing much that me dislike about the industry. There is a training period of one year which might be too long.

Work Details

It was my first job. I started my career here in Pokarna as a trainee. We struggled a lot in the beginning. But during the period we learned many things. We have the best technology to work. I got a chance to work in many areas to learn more things.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
