The work environment is stressful. They focus on their work goal deadline. Although it's a part time job they wanted me to donate my whole time for the completion of their work. Also payment is also very low.

nothing to say,at beginning we like the encouragement they given but at end it all fake to make u work blindly without objection

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
