I’ve done enough internships to say that this is the worst company you can ever pick to work with. They have zero respect of your efforts, time and work. The manager is worst, hr is worst. If you’re planning on joining this company, I’d highly request you to not. Trust me you will find much much better opportunities than this. Even after putting efforts and giving time, they’ll just dismiss you saying that you did nothing and won’t even pay you. They don’t know how to communicate properly. Save your time and work some place else where they’ll actually value you cause in this company they sure won’t....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
