Curriculum is best. Cleanliness at work place.

Dislikes

Working hours are allmost 24/7 Continuous performance pressure. Also the salary is not satisfactory. Reporing time is tooo early and no guarantee of returning home in time even for a single day or holiday as well.

No work life balance in HO, Favoritism, Judgement approach by AGMs and CMs, Good work gifts as more work, incompetent worker not geeting any feedback and they are always under lessor work. PODAR should accept hybrid work policy or work from home, AGMs and GMs are stubborn about work from office. No one get any leave way, one have to come to office in any adverse condition. No canteen, No free tea.

It was a good experience to work with Podar. I learnt many things.

When I joined, it was informed me about transfer when it needed but when I requested it was not fulfilled and no cooperation found between the high authority. Even after serving my notice period, I received my salary for the last month after four months.

No new learnings..very monotonous work.Accountant cannot even apply fee discount as per the policy shared.need to take approvals for every small small things.thus it affects one's credibility of working free

A great school where you can learn new things, new ways of teaching. In Podar they follow proper working time, you will get proper vacation and holidays and vacation salary also. They conduct online and offline training of the teachers to enhance their knowledge.

Dislikes

In podar they are adding too much paper work which was not necessary. Some time they are giving unnecessary training which is just waste of time. Salary increment is not proper they are giving 8 to 15% to employees. But for new joiners they are offering more salary which was not fair for employees who are working from 5 to 10 years.

Trainings and workshop provided by school was excellent way to enrich teaching skills

Dislikes

Present days academic staff and their attitude towards pupils. The least care about student's development but they do care about their comfort and excuse. Not taking parents complain or problem seriously. Teachers seems untrained uneducated and qualified.
