Working at Podar is good as the job exposes us to various learning competencies. It also makes us technically sound which I didn't find with other institutions where I had worked for few years. There is a good ambience to work with other teachers like a team. We also can maintain a good rapport with everyone. As far as my knowledge,there is a career growth. One will get the best salary and appraisal if he really deserves it. There is always encouragement for using our innovative and creative skills. However, it's quite bit difficult to maintain work life balance because sometimes the job demands you to keep your family and personal life above your job. And the rest everything is good and fine. Taking leaves is bit a tough because according to them, We are supposed to render our services despite our hectic personal problems. This is the fact I hate the most. I just expect whenever there's an emergency to take leave it should be granted happily. Everyone has his own personal life and nobody takes leave just for passing time. Working at Podar is both rigid and flexible and it depends upon circumstances. It's also challenging on few situations where you need to work it out well without proper knowledge of it. They better look into it seriously so that he doesn't face problems.

Overall teacher can see their own progress, the work culture and the management is excellent.

Dislikes

Most important that the teachers have the importance in the school, they are getting respect in the school by the management. Also the educational culture is very effective, as students are learning and growing with the excellent curriculum. Through the activities students are getting more knowledge also becoming so confident while expressing themselves. The team is very efficient. Teachers are very hardworking. Always available for the school

There is a lot of politics. The Principal is very biased. He he setting up his own panel of people from previously work place and for that he is torturing teachers and make them leave the school so, that place is filled with someone from his list. But the management is not aware of all these things as the Principal is given authority to decide.

I like my school because it has some really cool teachers who make the lessons interesting and really make you want to work hard. Although i builled last year the school did things about it and gave me support "i like school because i get to do things that cant do at home and i love seeing my freinds
