Podar is supporting me in this pandemic by giving me proper salaries and also they are maintaining social distancing by giving from work from home to fight covid 19, and because of pandemic we're having zoom meetings online I am greatful that I am safe.our companies policy are good.good work environment and culture.

Dislikes

Salary is not good but career growth is average. There is a lot of politics not organization but our department management doesn't address our issues. There should be one complaint box in head office.

Managers that deal with purchase department and accounts are good. The chairman is very competitive in a good way and encouraging. Job security is stable.

Dislikes

The work environment is very stressful and the job is very very pressurising. No time for family life or health care. Made to work over time with no OT. Salary is very low than expected. Made to sign bond which is not legalised by government. Managers in curriculum are only work oriented and do not consider the conditions of their staff working below them.

Worst company to work. No scope for personal and professional development, no scope for creativity. Internal politics. HR should not be addressed if any issues with the manager, colleagues, work related. Very very unrealistic deadlines. Mental torture.

Cheap office politics. No career growth. Designation is based on what saves tax rather than your actual work profile, which is negative as when you apply to a new company designation differs than your work profile. Seniors rule the office. Talent has no scope as you are not allowed to use your potential. You are expected to work only as said. Divide and rule policy within the same group is expected and created. If you are smarter than tour senior you can be kicked out of office without a thought. No job security as you can be removed even if a senior says that they dont like you. You can be thrown out of the company anytime, even within a month of joining or middle of the night through an sms or email. You are expected to work in a divide and rule environment even within own work group. No training or career growth. False promises, and if you raise a voice you are kicked out to the office.
