Bonding and understanding between the management and their coworker is too good. Well environment and hierarchical order of work distribution is too systematic. All over good experience to work with poct services and like to be continued with betterment.

Dislikes

No growth may be like stucking in the same post for long time. Slow salary appraiser some time may be too long.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
